I am a regular customer at CCH for many years. Even though the surrounding environment is chilling 16 celcius, the hotel staffs are exceptionally very warm and welcoming. kudos to the hotel management for providing their staffs ample of customer service work etiquette. I would like to express my appreciation to the House Keeping Dept for being honest and helpful during my recent stay at the hotel, since my son had left his phone under blanket in room 825. The House Keeping PIC (SHIRA) contacted me and solved the problem by shipping the phone back safely. Thank you very much. anyway, the breakfast and F&B staff are good and nice for families.

Close to Kea Farm, it's too easy to shop for vegetables and fruits and souvenirs. It only takes five minutes to walk from the hotel. No need to worry anymore about getting parking in crowded places. It is a very suitable accommodation for visitors whose main purpose is to shop for garden and farm produce.

Overall, the staff and room were great — no complaints there. However, I do regret booking the set breakfast with the room. The breakfast, especially the one with scrambled eggs, was quite underwhelming. In hindsight, I should’ve just booked the room without the breakfast and paid separately for the hotel buffet at 18 Celcius instead. Honestly, it would make more sense if the set breakfast included access to the buffet rather than being served at the café. It was a bit confusing and disappointing.

Excellent service from the staff name Husna whom I've dealt with during my check in... She patiently solved my problem of changing the room from the 10th floor to the ground apartment as my 80y/o mother is suffering from minor cardiac arrest due to pressure of high levels of building. (My mom is using a pacemaker). And special thanks to Abang2 bellboy yg friendly (night shift on 18/1/25) whom helped us to moved our bag from hotel to apartment. So far, i gave 1000/10⭐..

It exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. They made check-in quick and easy. The room was spacious. Eventhough there is no aircon,i can till feel the cold atmosphre and I had the best night's sleep. The hotel's location was perfect close to all the attractions, and had a really nice view. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was perfect

Easy check in and check out. No deposit needed for the access card. 2 access card given for each rooms we booked. Friendly staff. Clean rooms and shower. Parking accessible via elevator. Breakfast available if you are willing to pay more. Nice location - near KEA farm
